• Users retain ownership of any original content they submit but grant CineMapper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

• CineMapper does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided. Locations may change, and access may be restricted.

• CineMapper is not responsible for third-party links (e.g., streaming services, tours, accommodation, attractions).

• Users are responsible for their own actions when visiting locations. CineMapper is for informational purposes only and is not liable for any incidents resulting from user interpretation of the content.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

• CineMapper does not store users’ location coordinates or similar but may request access to provide location-based services.

• We store high level location data such as country and city.

• We collect names and email addresses for account management and communication purposes.
